Ideally, the players should have a strong support network that will be able to react promptly and even prevent the formation of mental health issues. As for individual efforts, each player should try to employ some useful strategies that can boost mental clarity and strength. For example, they can perform daily meditation, start focusing on the things they can control, stop comparing themselves to others, and keep daily self-talk gentle yet constructive.

Football is a demanding discipline, and to perform at the highest possible level, players need to go through strenuous workouts and stay on top of their game when it comes to strategy and thinking.
